About MCA Senior Adult Day Center
Our Story
Founded in 2023, MCA Senior Adult Day Center is a nonprofit organization that is being established with the goal of providing exceptional senior citizen services to the local community. Our founder Alicia Kleinert saw a need in the community for service to our senior population. As a caregiver it often becomes overwhelming to care for a loved one who is aging and/or living with a chronic illness. With the rising costs of healthcare, assisted living and skilled nursing, a lower cost option is needed to provide an additional option for families and caregivers who may be having a hard time keeping up with their loved ones care and safety. Alicia has 15+ years experience in the healthcare field working various positions in home health, skilled nursing facilities, and hospitals around the Kankakee and Chicago area.
Our Services
We offer a comprehensive range of services that include day activities, transportation, meal preparation, and medication management and medical services. Our team of skilled professionals is dedicated to providing compassionate and personalized care to our members. We are also partnered with local non-profit organizations in order to maximize community support and impact to provide the best care for seniors.
Our Approach
At MCA Senior Adult Day Center, we believe in taking a holistic approach to senior care services by providing an array of services in one place. We understand that each member of our center has unique needs, and we will work closely with them and their families to develop a customized care plan that address their physical, emotional, and social well-being. We will offer half and full days along with a minimum of a 2 day per week membership.

Our mission is to make every day a meaningful day for our clients, celebrating the dignity and vitality of every individual.
