MCA SENIOR ADULT DAY CENTER IS NOW AN ILLINOIS PROVIDER FOR ADULT DAY SERVICES
- Private Pay- Sliding scale available to those who meet income requirements
- Medicaid Community Care Program Waiver (IDOA) - Those individuals who are living with financial challenges may qualify for this state funded program Contact us for more details
- VA - Veteran benefits may cover Adult Day Services. Contact your case worker at Hines VA for information.
- Health Insurance - many policies offer coverage for Adult Day Services. Contact your insurance provider for more information. (PENDING)

MCA Senior Adult Day Center - Program Costs
We require seniors to attend at minimum 2 days per week if you are part-time.

Service Cost Details
Full-Day Care$100.00 per day
Includes meals, activities, and supervision.
Half-Day Care$80.00 per day Up to 5 hours.
Includes meals, activities, and supervision.
Transportation$11.00 per day
Transportation to and from the participant's home (optional).
One Free Day: Free One trial day to experience our services before enrolling.
Deposit (2 weeks) weekly fee
2 week deposit required at the time of enrollment.
Payment Due Date: 6th of every month
All payments are due on the 1st of each month.
Weekly Payment Option: Available For independent seniors looking for social interaction, weekly payments are available.
