Community Education Program Event 1
On Monday December 2, 2024, MCA Senior Adult Day Center was honored to host our very first Dementia Training, presented by Cindy DeGroot, RN, BSN, CDP. We are thrilled to announce that nearly 30 individuals, including volunteers, MCA Board members, and community members, became certified as Dementia Friends!
As a proud Dementia and Alzheimer’s-friendly senior adult day care serving Kankakee and Iroquois Counties, MCA is committed to supporting seniors and their caregivers with compassion and expertise.
Stay connected for more educational opportunities, training sessions, and support groups as we continue to share the incredible services MCA provides. Together, we are making every day meaningful for our seniors and their families!
